At iORA, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags for a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your iORA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
